One address, read by a person. No ticket queue, no chatbot, no contact form that goes nowhere.
If a claim on this site doesn't hold up, we want to hear about it before you have to argue with us in public. That's the whole point of publishing this much detail — it only works if someone can check it and tell us we're wrong.
Copy that overstates what we've actually done, a promise that contradicts another page, a governance detail that reads stronger than it is. These are the most useful messages we get, and we'd rather fix them than defend them.
How the nonprofit form works, what's in the Articles, why we aren't seeking 501(c)(3) status, what the board commitment actually binds us to. If the answer isn't on the governance or FAQ pages, ask and we'll add it.
Same address. We'd rather answer a hard question directly than route you through someone whose job is to manage the answer.
Trouble with something we've built, or a bug worth knowing about. Include what you were doing and what happened — that's usually enough to find it.
What we don't have yet, and won't pretend to. There's no phone number, no support desk, and no mailing address on this page, because porchstroll isn't incorporated yet — there's no entity to attach them to. When the corporation exists, its registered address becomes part of the public record, and we'll publish it here rather than make you go looking for it in a state database.
Not a support queue, not a form — just info-help@porchstroll.org, and a person on the other end of it.
